The Problem

For patients such as organ transplant recipients, continuous drug monitoring is critical—especially for immunosuppressants, where incorrect dosages can result in serious health risks. However, existing TDM methods require: 
  • Regular hospital visits 
  • Invasive blood draws 
  • Long wait times for costly lab results 
This makes timely and accurate dose adjustments difficult, increasing the risk of treatment failure or side effects. 

Our Solution

We have developed a microarray functional electrode system and a compact impedance measurement circuit with an integrated algorithm to precisely quantify drug concentration in capillary blood.
